Program Introduction
Our programme is designed to give you the theoretical and practical knowledge to work as an organisational psychologist.You
will have access to specialist topics such as mindfulness in the
workplace, coaching psychology and innovative selection methods.You
will learn how to select the best employee and deliver effective
training to help them achieve their potential. You will also explore the
politics of power on corporate boards and undertake your own research.We
take a holistic perspective considering the individual, the
organisation and the socio-political framework where they operate.
Everything we teach can be applied in practice.
