Program Introduction
This programme explores the makeup of a
successful service designer and seeks to uncover how service design
innovation knowledge, behaviour and skills can influence and inform the
design innovation process.The programme will provide you with the experience of working
in cross-cultural and design-driven teams, facilitating the development
of service design skills which are increasingly in demand in both social
innovation and industry.
