      The natural world with its complexity and beauty offers many opportunities to learn. The environment also provides energy, nourishment, employment and recreation – to use it wisely, we need to understand it.
 Grenfell’s environmental science program is a four-year interdisciplinary degree with general or honours options. You will also have the choice of completing one of two streams: 
Chemistry stream students take specialized courses in analytical chemistry, industrial and atmospheric chemistry, as well as aquatic chemistry.
Biology stream students take specialized courses in taxonomy, terrestrial and freshwater ecology, as well as statistical and field methods.
