Program Introduction
Apply the science of psychology to contemporary business challenges with our Association for Business Psychology accredited MSc in Business Psychology. The programme is designed for students without a BPS-accredited undergraduate degree who wish to develop a career in management, organisational development or as a business consultant.Taught by experienced researchers and practitioners, you will be given in-depth training to equip you with the ability to apply the science of psychology to a wide range of important business issues including change management, employee selection and development, leadership, work motivation, well-being and performance.
