Program Introduction
Our MSc International Human Resource Management programme explores the challenges facing companies that manage people across nationally distinct systems in a global economy. This interdisciplinary programme is focused on the comparative analysis of human resource management and employment relations.Drawing on management theory, sociology, political science, and comparative political economy, this programme examines the interaction between global competitive pressures, national politics and institutions, and business strategy.
