Program Introduction
Gain in-depth, Masters-level knowledge and detailed understanding of the principles and practice of human nutrition.Develop sector-specific competence including financial,
organisational and applied public health management skills for
employment in the nutrition and the public health sector.Enhance your ability to critically analyse current and developing theories.Nutritionists within the public health sector play an important role
in promoting good health and preventing diet-related disease and
ill-health in the population. On this course you will study modules that
provide you with a solid foundation in nutritional science, human
physiology, biochemistry, behaviour change, research skills and public
and population nutrition. This course equips recent graduates and health
professionals with the knowledge and skills to specialise in public
health nutrition.
