Program Introduction
Supported by legislation in many countries, endangered species
recovery represents the recognised scientific approach to the
conservation of threatened species by way of a recovery plan. This
course aims to develop detailed knowledge and experience of recovery
planning, and the skills and knowledge associated with in-situ and ex-situ species recovery.The
combination of theory and practical sessions will enable you to develop
a holistic approach to endangered species recovery and conservation.The
two Masters-level degrees offer you the opportunity to undertake an
international research project using NTU's links with conservation
projects in North America, Sweden and South Africa.
