Program Introduction
Lang’s Sport and Event Management major will prepare you for professional and leadership roles in the global sport, media and event industry. You will receive a focused education from Lang’s renowned scholars in sport management as well as a BComm degree, providing you with career-focused business skills in finance, marketing and communications.
You will dive head-first into key aspects of the sport industry, including sponsorship, media, event hosting, stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership. Your courses will extend beyond traditional lectures and will include group projects, in-class simulation and case-based learning to help link theory with industry practice.
