Program Introduction
Shipping law offers you a challenging global career. Ninety per cent of
world trade is carried out by sea. Contracting parties frequently select
English law as the applicable law of shipping contracts, and London is
often chosen as the forum for the resolution of any disputes. Study in
London and be taught by international maritime law experts from the
Centre for Commercial Law Studies.
